Franciscan Oaks Retirement Community Apartment Floor Plans

Franciscan Oaks features four apartment neighborhoods all connected to a central common area by covered walkways. The grounds are professionally landscaped, and many residents have gardens blooming with colorful annuals and perennials.

We have 12 floor plans that range from a studio apartment to a large two-bedroom with den. Each apartment is carpeted and comes with a complete kitchen and laundry area. Best of all, most have a balcony or patio, walk-in closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, an emergency call system, smoke and fire alarms and basic cable service.
